​Inderpreet previously worked as a management consultant at MLKJ Business Empowerment Center, a non-profit organization in Worcester.  Here she was associated with the small business development center and helped clients and small entrepreneurs with marketing and strategic plans and also provided advice on financial matters.  In her most recent role, Inderpreet worked as Research Assistant at Clark University where she researched on topics like concession bargaining, union mergers, and industrial relations.

Inderpreet holds a BS in Physics from Delhi University, India.  She also holds an MBA degree from Clark University.
